Teacher Tuesday: Meet Quincy Yoga & Massage Instructor Jeanne Dasaro!
Jeanne began practicing yoga in 2007 as part of her rehabilitation from a lower back injury. Over the past 12 years, Jeanne has learned that the benefits of yoga stretch far beyond the strength and flexibility gained from physical poses. Jeanne believes yoga and meditation can better connect us to ourselves, each other, and our communities.
Her classes are physically challenging yet within reach for a wide range of abilities, and offer a healthy antidote to the stresses of everyday life, with an opportunity for reflection. Jeanne’s personal study of traditional Yogic & Buddhist philosophy and practices continues to deepen.
Jeanne is also the Launch and Operations Manager of Quincy Yoga & Massage.
