Sweta Gupta completed her RYT-200 through Health Yoga Life studio Boston, MA in 2019. Her yoga journey started 6 years back and since then her practice has evolved under the guidance of skillful teachers. Now, yoga has become her lifestyle and it has changed her personality and improved my confidence. Sweta loves yoga because it’s not only a workout for my body but also ‘work-in’. Yoga creates space in our mind and body, which help focus awareness to understand what we already know and be who we already are. Personally she believes that yoga is for everyone and if yoga is practiced regularly, we become more compassionate and kind towards ourselves and others.
Currently, Sweta is offering vinyasa yoga flow classes at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston to scientists, doctors and health professionals, and now at Quincy Yoga & Massage. Her classes are breath centered, passionate and always free of judgement and competition.
