Thai Yoga Bodywork is a natural, therapeutic extension. This practice combines myofascial stretching, acupressure, energy balancing, rhythmic deep tissue compression, soft tissue manipulation, assisted yoga poses, and meditative breathing techniques. (No prior experience with yoga is required.) > TYM is based on an understanding of energy lines in the body, and freeing & removing blockages that may present in the physical, mental, emotional bodies. Sessions are done in loose yoga clothes, without oil, and done on a futon-like mat on the floor.
