Personal Strength Training and Private Yoga Lessons at Quincy Yoga & Massage

Enjoy private instruction with our passionate and knowledgeable instructors. The one-on-one attention provided through private instruction is perfect for:

  • working with injuries
  • learning the basics of yoga and fitness
  • moving beyond plateaus

Private instruction is available for individuals or small groups. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and level of experience.

Private or Semi-Private Yoga Lessons

Private lessons are a great way to learn foundations of yoga, deepen your practice, or build strength for more advanced poses.

Personal Training

Personal training is a great compliment to a regular yoga practice. It can help balance the strength and mobility in your body and prevent injuries.

 

Our private and semi-private (up to 3 students) sessions  can be done at the studio or in the privacy of your own home or business. Private yoga instruction is available from most of our teachers. Prices range between $50-$150 per hour depending on a few variables like location and amount of students.
