Kat stepped into her first yoga class 10 years ago. She wasn’t immediately sold on the physical practice, but she was amazed at how calm and clear headed she felt when she walked out of the studio. She kept going back here and there, and within a few years something clicked. Yoga became a non-negotiable part of her weekly routine. In 2017, she completed her 200 hour teacher training in San Francisco with Dana Damara. She is also certified in Reiki I and is currently completing her 300 hour training with Jacqui Bonwell.
Kat’s mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone. She strives to create a safe space for her students to decompress and focus on themselves, achieving steadiness of mind regardless of physical abilities. Her classes incorporate fun flows and carefully curated playlists, encouraging students to be present and let go.
