We recognize that creating your resolutions is easy enough. Sticking to them beyond the month of January, however, is another story.
Keep the momentum if January healthy habits going with our February fitness challenge. The “28-day Fitness Challenge is free to join, simply add your name to the sign up list the next time you’re in the studio and then attend as many class as you can throughout February. It’s that simple.
To be eligible to win, you’ll need to come to class at least 14 out of 28 days during the month of February. The top 3 students each week and for the month will win prizes.
