We wish you a joyful New Year!

The New Year is full of optimism. A time of new beginnings, dreams, and goals in order to become the best version of ourselves. Have you thought about your goals for 2019?  Consider setting aside time this month for reflection and goal setting. It’s time well spent.

Reflection and self-awareness are two key principles in yoga. The ability to know what you are doing and why you are doing it leads to greater well-being and positive mental health. Two things we could all use more of in 2019.

The stillness of meditation and the movement of yoga can help us develop space in our bodies and minds to allow us to more easily connect to our creativity. This 2 hour workshop will help you learn how use both mindfulness and movement to activate your creative process.


Jan 27: Reflect Yourself: The Practice of Self-Awareness
A lusciously slow and meditative workshop to foster self-awareness and deepen bodily awareness through a yin yoga practice. In this workshop, you will further develop your consciousness and bodily awareness to build your well-being and positive mental health.


Feb 12: Valentine’s Self-Love SPA Yoga Event
 Self-love is not about being perfect, but finding acceptance for where we are in life. Where there is acceptance and compassion, there is love.  Take some time for yourself, to slow down and tune in with our special valentine’s SPA event.

Keep the momentum of your January healthy habits going with our February fitness challenge. The “28-day Fitness Challenge is free to join, simply add your name to the sign up list the next time you’re in the studio and then attend as many class as you can throughout February. It’s that simple. 

To be eligible to win, you’ll need to come to class at least 14 out of 28 days during the month of February. The top 3 students each week and for the month will win prizes.
