Friends don’t let friends skip yoga!



New classes and workshops so you can stay fit with friends!




New class offerings. New class times. 


Studies have shown that exercise and practicing yoga has measurable benefits ranging from the physical: lowering heart rate, improving cardiovascular health, and increasing energy,. To the mental: reducing stress, relieving anxiety and depression, and improving focus. We want that for you!

In addition to our classic yoga schedule, we’ve added 2 new styles of classes as well as new yoga class times.





What’s new 

Bi-Monthly Bootcamp: This 60 minute class is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and give you a great workout. Upcoming dates: Feb 15 & Feb 29

Bi-Monthly Yoga DanceThink Dance + Barre + Contemporary Ballet background applied to the practice of Yoga. This class is a full body experience focused on a fusion between Yoga asana transitions and full body awareness. Upcoming dates: Feb 19 & Mar 4

Weekly Yoga Lunch: This 45 minute class lets you get back to the office in less than an hour. Use your lunch break to feel better during the rest of the day! Fridays from 12:05 to 12:50PM






Come Together: Partner Yoga
A night of lighthearted and fun partner yoga poses and massage techniques which are meant to help strengthen the bond between partners.  Throughout the evening, you’ll see that just like in life, communication is a key component of all partner yoga exercises. Communicating properly during your partner practice is a great way to create a foundation for openness, confidence, and understanding with each other.

Yoga Date: Friday February 28, 2020
Time: 7:45-9:15PM
Cost: $45 per ticket (Please purchase only 1 ticket per couple)



Building Strength Through Yoga
When you hear the term strength training, you probably think weight lifting — numerous reps using weights as resistance. But you can you can increase muscle tone and definition — and even muscle size — with yoga. But because you’re limited to “lifting” your own body weight, it may take a lot more skill, time, and determination than it would with lifting weights.Join QYM’s own J. Gustavo for a 2 hour workshop where we discuss and learn how to build strength and muscle endurance through yoga.Date: Saturday March 7, 2020
Time: 1:00-3:00PM
Cost: $35 ($30 before Feb 22)
