Starting in Mid-October we’ll have a new strength training class on the schedule. Mobility and Strength Conditioning is the perfect compliment to your yoga practice. It will help increase mobility, flexibility, physical dexterity, and strength all while remaining focused on the mind/body connection. Classes on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 PM and Sunday mornings at 9:45 AM. Plus, let’s welcome J. Gustavo to the QYM team.
