Join Quincy Yoga & Massage for a 2-part workshop series where you can learn, practice, and attempt: crow, side crow, scissors, twisting scissors, flying pigeon, eight angle pose, grasshopper, firefly, and handstand.
In each session, we will build arm-balances from the ground up by exploring and developing an understanding of core strength, muscle engagement, alignment and flexibility so you can safely enter and exit the poses.
More advanced students will love refining their practice with this workshop, while beginning students will learn to deepen into their balancing practice in a safe, supported and sustainable way. Experience Level: All Levels Welcome, Prior Yoga Experience is Encouraged
Arm balances are touted as a lighthearted way to help us change our perspective and face our fears. No doubt a useful skill both on and off the yoga mat!
Cost: $40 for both weeks (or $25 for only 1 week)
Dates: Saturday April 27 and Saturday May 4
